AI Model Training Disclosure: Faber Edge engineers machine learning systems. However, we do not use client data, project specifications, or contact information submitted through this Site to train, fine-tune, or improve our proprietary AI models, nor do we permit our third-party LLM providers to train on your data via API zero-retention agreements.

We use strictly necessary cookies to ensure the Site functions securely. We also use analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns.

- OpenAI / Anthropic: Processing of AI requests via zero-data-retention APIs.
5. Data Retention
- Contact Inquiries: Retained for 24 months after last communication.
- Server Logs: Retained for 30 days strictly for security and debugging purposes before permanent deletion.
- Project Data: Retained as specified in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or DPAs.
6. Data Security
We mandate TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to our cloud environments is strictly gated behind Zero Trust architecture, hardware security keys, and least-privilege principles.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EEA/UK and CCPA in California), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request the erasure of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
